Common sliding gate fault

As you can see in the image below, the rollers of this sliding gate have failed. This is mainly due to a lack of service. Once the bearings go in the wheels it's incredibly hard for the gate to move in manual and automatically as you have metal on metal. Wheel replacement is required & a regular service at least twice a year.

Today at lion automation we have an automatic gate breakdown in Putney followed by a follow up site visit to a smarthome we are installing.  Beginning to install in ceiling speakers at our latest project in Hyde Park, London for one of our regular clients.
